Oversee overall paid search campaign strategy and implementation across a range of paid search engines.
Continually leverage new tools and industry best practices to ensure Resultrix is on the cutting edge of services offered
Project Management of the process including core account strategy, structure and analytics
Manage and collaborate with internal teams (local and international teams)
Oversee media-spend budgets, keyword list-management, gross margin and profitability of Paid Search
Research, identify and establish partnerships with contextual networks for interactive placement
Manage the creation of pitch decks and materials including, top-to-bottom management of paid search campaigns; generating ranking reports, conducting site audits, handling client concerns, etc.
Utilize bid management tools and data modeling to maximize the effectiveness of PPC campaigns.
Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates.
Determine and monitor key performance indicators for clients
Provide recommendations to increase effectiveness and efficiency by leveraging analytic insights
Manage with team weekly, monthly forecasting and mid-month budget review process
Invoice management internally and with clients
Ideally, the candidate should be familiar with social media best practices, online reputation management, competitive, and engagement tools

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience with Paid Search is a must, some exposure of SEO and social media
Experience with large, complex search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns; detailed knowledge of SEM strategies and tactics a MUST
Track record of thought leadership and having a clear vision for the future direction of the marketplace.
Proven business thinker with solid strategic skills and capacity to understand the business from a market and P&L perspective.
Strong analytics and spreadsheet (Excel) skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience and comfort independently leading SEM performance and strategy presentations
Proficient with PPC reporting and analytical tools.
Hands-on oriented and results focused
Strong ability to think independently and creatively to translate business requirements
Ability to multi-task and deliver objectives consistently
Strong comfort with number crunching and creative modeling – yep, we need right brain & left brain folks
Undergraduate degree required
Passionate about social media and active in social media sites – facebook, twitter, linkedin

Developer level knowledge of various Content Management Systems and a solid understanding of cross-browser / platform issues.
