Vidur Luthra, CEO
Vidur is primarily responsible for navigating our ship. He has over 15 years of experience including many years spent in online marketing. In his last role at Microsoft he was responsible for marketing and product management for Live.com and Windows Live suite. Prior to that he was Director of marketing for MSN.com where he had responsibility for the marketing of MSN.com and all its channels including shopping, classifieds and music. At Microsoft, Vidur also led the efforts to grow the windows business in the fast growth markets of Brazil, Russia, India and China. Prior to which he was in the mobility team where he was responsible for enterprise marketing and partner channel development for windows mobile. Vidur spent close to 10 years at Microsoft and prior to that he was at Andersen Consulting. He has an MBA from Cornell and a Master in Economics and a Computer Engineering degree from BITS Pilani.
Gulrez Alam, Business Head & COO
A maverick of Digital Advertising, Gulrez thanks his modest beginning as a Management Trainee at McCann Erickson for his ability to work round the clock, four times over. Having learned the ropes of PPC and SEM in Webchutney, he then spearheaded Paid Search in Communicate 2 through the initial stages of the Search evolution. As Managing Director and COO of Resultrix Media, Gulrez lends his decade of experience in client domains like Finance, Technology, Mobile Communication, Travel, Auto, Retail, Lifestyle, Education, Real Estate, etc. to create unique, highly successful, ROI driven campaigns. Gulrez has an MBA from IILM New Delhi, India's premier B-School.
Karishma Kiri, Vice President of Digital Services
Karishma Kiri is Vice President of Digital Services, and is responsible for Worldwide Client Services, Product Management, Marketing, Business Planning and Development. Karishma has spent over 12 years in product management and is a seasoned marketing professional. Karishma is established as a strategic thinker and industry thought leader with extensive experience in building innovative solutions and business models across a variety of industry verticals. She is passionate about Digital Advertising and Media, Social Media (probably a borderline addict), emerging market opportunities, and catalyzing socio-economic development for BOP (base of the pyramid) consumers. Previously, Karishma was a Director at Microsoft Corporation where she carried out marketing, product management, strategies and business development for a number of products and emerging market incubations. She has received several prestigious awards from Microsoft's senior management, including from Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer. Karishma also has extensive experience in incubating and marketing solutions for the E-Commerce space and co-authored the book, "Connecting to Customers: Strategies and Solutions for Growing your Business Online". Karishma holds a B.A. in Business Economics from University of California, Los Angeles.
Jim Greeson, Executive Creative Director
Jim is an Emmy nominated, Webby honored, PromaxBDA winning, design junkie who has come on board to head up the creative department and help add a few more awards to the Resultrix showcase. He has been creating immersive interactive experiences for over 10 years for the web, mobile, television and the occasional in-flight entertainment system. His knowledge of various platforms and UI paradigms has helped clients such as General Electric, Disney, Panasonic, Mattel, Nintendo and many others bring their digital vision to the large (or very small) screen.
In another life, you would find Jim in exactly the same place he is today, whether it is his decision to teach design at his alma mater or help in the creation of a Mobile & Emerging Technologies Division at his previous studio – he pursues his career out of a love for design and the problems it can solve.
