Vidur Luthra, CEO
Vidur is primarily responsible for navigating our ship. He has over 15 years of experience including many years spent in online marketing. In his last role at Microsoft he was responsible for marketing and product management for Live.com and Windows Live suite. Prior to that he was Director of marketing for MSN.com where he had responsibility for the marketing of MSN.com and all its channels including shopping, classifieds and music. At Microsoft, Vidur also led the efforts to grow the windows business in the fast growth markets of Brazil, Russia, India and China. Prior to which he was in the mobility team where he was responsible for enterprise marketing and partner channel development for windows mobile. Vidur spent close to 10 years at Microsoft and prior to that he was at Andersen Consulting. He has an MBA from Cornell and a Master in Economics and a Computer Engineering degree from BITS Pilani.
Gulrez Alam, Business Head & COO
A maverick of Digital Advertising, Gulrez thanks his modest beginning as a Management Trainee at McCann Erickson for his ability to work round the clock, four times over. Having learned the ropes of PPC and SEM in Webchutney, he then spearheaded Paid Search in Communicate 2 through the initial stages of the Search evolution. As Managing Director and COO of Resultrix Media, Gulrez lends his decade of experience in client domains like Finance, Technology, Mobile Communication, Travel, Auto, Retail, Lifestyle, Education, Real Estate, etc. to create unique, highly successful, ROI driven campaigns. Gulrez has an MBA from IILM New Delhi, India's premier B-School.
Robb Nielsen, GM, Digital Experience Strategy - US
Robb serves as US General Manager and head of Digital Experience Strategy at Resultrix. Combining user-centric design methodologies and proven technology, Nielsen advises Resultrix's clients on integrated business solutions including application design for converged media and the associated user experience. Throughout his career, Robb's innovation and leadership have helped shape the industry. His focus on increasing the efficacy of applications has resulted in increased sales and revenue for clients, prompting many to update their view toward usability and interactive design. Robb was awarded the honor of being a 40 Under 40, Business Leaders to Watch in 2008 by the Puget Sound Business Journal.
Prior to joining Resultrix, Nielsen worked at Ramp Group as Managing Partner where he founded and led the firm's award winning user experience design practice which was instrumental to the company's success and rapid growth. During Robb's tenure Ramp was awarded service provider of the year by the Washington technology Industry Association, Fastest Growing Private Company by Inc. 5000, and one of Washington's best places to work. A passionate evangelist for the user experience, he has lectured at various schools and universities, industry associations and forums. Nielsen holds a master's degree in technical communication from University of Washington.
